In short, Great educators! My kid has been there since he is 6 months old, now turning 9 months, he is quite settled in the childcare I believe is because the educators and the team leader (Maddy) are full time and have all familiarized with my Son. Hence he feels secure and feels safe in this environment. Much recommended!

My son has been attending for over a year and loves it. I have honestly never come across a daycare able to keep their babies & toddlers so calm and happy throughout the day! They are able to provide quality care and keep children engaged in a nurturing environment. The carers are all wonderful, especially Amber, Sharon and Fiona. Many of the carers are parents themselves which I think makes a big difference. I am confident my son is being well looked after in their care and would highly recommend Warooga Southern River.

My son (almost 2yo) has been attending Warooga Child Care Riverton for a few months at 2 days per week. My husband and I explored a few options in the area and whilst the facilities are not as modern as others, it made up for it 10-fold by having trustworthy, knowledgeable, caring and supportive staff who have gone above and beyond to enable our son to experience day-care successfully.
We love that they prioritise time spent with children, instead of using Apps to provide updates on when our son eats, drinks, breathes etc haha 😊 This also allows us, as parents, to be fully engaged at work so we can then be truly present with our son when we are at home.
The Warooga Riverton staff value the whole-child development and have been very flexible, responsive and understanding with my son’s adjustment to his first day-care experience. We appreciate that all of the staff, irrespective of their title, are involved with the children and make considered efforts to get to know the parents too.
We very much feel a part of the Warooga Riverton community and we’re extremely grateful for the attention, care and nurturing our son receives to help him to flourish – we chose well!

We have been utilising the services of Warooga Early Learning Centre since 2016 when my first born was 8 months old. Since that time, we have had two fussy eaters and Warooga staff have gone out of their way to help. My eldest child couldn’t sit still long enough to eat and the educator created activities which would entertain him whilst he sat eating. My second child hates vegetables but that’s not a problem at the centre as he eats a variety of tasty meals. The Manager even went out of her way to encourage the eating of vegetables through the development of a weekly game. Staff have also helped toilet train my boys which was a huge help and both boys were taught to write their names before reaching kindy. Children’s Week is always a hit with extra activities including teddy bears picnic and visits from a Fire Engine. Our time at Warooga will soon be over as Pre-primary approaches. The entire team at Warooga Southern River has been an incredible addition to our lives and our daily routine. Having moved from Queensland with no family or connections, stepping into Warooga was like stepping into a new family. From the moment I walked in, the ladies have been caring and friendly, and the passion they have for their jobs and the children in their care is amazing to see. Both of my daughters have attended the Southern River centre and I can’t imagine a better place for them – they are nurtured, encouraged, challenged and loved. Jenny and Anna are approachable and knowledgeable on all things childcare and are always happy to have a chat. The educators in the rooms are bright, fun and have such a heart for the children in their care and the growth and development of each and every one of them. The facilities are clean and uncrowded, allowing the children to explore and play in their own way and to their own interests whilst the lessons are tailored and well thought out with clear intentions and outcomes. I could not recommend a better centre.

I couldn’t speak anymore highly of Warooga, it’s truly been such a blessing for our family. The best part about Warooga Southern River for me is the warm welcoming feeling you get when entering the centre. No matter where your child is, or which educators manage her room I can always rely on anyone to help, assist and point me in the right direction for the information I may need. Violet has progressed and developed in so many ways with the different activities and sensory learning she gets exposed to at daycare. Sending your child to daycare is such a hard decision to make, but the support, honesty and dedication that you get from the ladies at Warooga make you feel like your child is part of one big family and as a mum, there is nothing more I could truly want. Warooga Early Learning Centre in Southern River has been nothing short of an amazing and uplifting experience for our daughter.
The early childhood educators that our daughter has been surrounded with during her time at Warooga have been outstanding in everything they do with their supporting, helpful and understanding nature.
Being surrounded by role models has enabled our daughter to not only learn in a very positive environment but have also aided in developing her communication skills and confidence.

My daughter has been enrolled in Warooga Early Learning Centre Southern River since she was 7 months old. Being a first time mum, I was really worried about placing my daughter in a daycare so young. We visited a few around Piara Waters, Harrisdale, Canning Vale area… From the moment my husband and I walked into Warooga and met all the carers, we knew that Warooga was special. It’s homely. They really do care about the children. Anna and Jenny are always readily available to have a chat (phone and email)… plus the carers give us updates on the daily activities. We have since moved out of the area but we love Warooga so much, we make a 15-20min drive down South street in peak hour traffic just to keep our daughter there. She loves Warooga!!!!

Warooga has been beyond expectational in helping our kids adjust to life in Perth after our move from Sydney.

My two kids aged 3.5 and 2.5 years have bee going to Warooga Early Learning Centre Southern River . I must say they have got the best of educators and staff. They have supported my kids immensely throughout. My kids are so fond of the daycare that they are excited already on sundays to attend their daycare next day. They are way more disciplined than beforeI must say. I would highly recommend all the families to get their kids enrolled in here.

Warooga childcare centre is beyond amazing, it’s home to my son.
My son has special needs, every staff member has assisted and adapted to his needs without any concerns.
Our family have also gone through two traumatic experiences that have dramatically impacted on our family and each time Warooga have gone over and above, exceeding every aspects possible.

Staffs here are friendly especially Fiona, Amber, Jenny and Sharon. As they know chinese, Malay, Foochow, Cantonese so i don’t have to worry about communication issue. My son loves the educators here
